CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds will be made on any deposit if cancellation is made at least 30 days before departure date. Cancellations made in 15-30 days will receive a transfer credit for another trip. If you cancel within the last 7 days before the trip, there will be no refund. Groups are encouraged to reserve with advanced notice to ensure availability. Remember that we run all trips rain or shine. SAR reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter or omit any part of the itinerary without notice, for any reason whatsoever, and without allowances or refund. Please keep in mind that minimum age recommendations fluctuate depending on water level, however, all participants must weigh at least 50 pounds by law.

Important Note	We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your reservation and to make arrangements for payment. Nothing will be official until your booking has been confirmed. If you are requesting a Custom Trip please include any special needs below.
